RL Meets Santa

The library had a Santa come and visit the kids during story hour. It was Rachel Lee's first time meeting Santa, and although we are playing the game "Santa brings me presents" the girls know that it is really Jeff and I acting as Santa. Rachel Lee was so nervous when she sat on his lap that she stuffed her hand in her mouth...I've NEVER seen her do that before and realized my baby girl did not know what to say or do. So, I asked her to say, "Thank you," she stuffed her hand in further and then we took the little beanie baby toy and left...quickly and graciously...but mostly quickly.
