Rachel Lee Turns 3: Part 1 of 3

It started off as a simple party at Grandma and Grandad's...but it evolved into three parties with a life of their own. All good, and fitting since it was her third birthday, but three parties is more than I was prepared for this year. The first party was scheduled with my sister Jenna and her lovely family because I don't know any kids in the area Rachel Lee's age, except Adam, and we were going to have our two families together when we returned from our Christmas vacation. Rachel Lee really wanted to make cupcakes for her birthday, so we mixed the cupcakes and while they were cooking we played a few games. Then we decorated the cupcakes, ate them and headed out to dinner at Chipotle. Papa and Joyce joined us for dinner and we had a great time eating. Then, as if we hadn't done enough, we went to Chuck-e-Cheese. The girls have made this the designated birthday celebrating spot (much to the dismay of all parents involved). We went home with three tired little girls and 4 worn out adults (Mom, Dad, Jeff and me). Happy birthday, baby girl! The best is yet to be!!
