1. Running. Even better is running with a friend. Fortunately I have a running buddy now and we meet up twice a week to run. I also run while the girls take a nap a few times a week, leaving the baby monitor with a neighbor. I love running and can hardly believe that it is mid-August and I can still run outside without falling over.

2. Hair clips. I have made several hair clips for my girls, some that manage to stay in without being torn out within minutes, but I finally got around to making some flower clips for myself. I feel very pretty when I wear them.

3. Pedicures. I wish I could get a pedicure once a month (or more!) butinstead I do it myself. When I give myself a pedicure I use nail accents, or itty bitty flower stickers for your toes, to make the pedicure look professional. Walmart sells them for $1.99, which comes to like 10 cents per pedicure. That's a pedicure I can afford!
4. Wall decals. I wanted to add some decor to the girl's room, maybe by painting, but if we paint in our apartment we either a. need to repaint it when wee leave or b. get charged for having management repaint for us. Target sells these great stickers to put on the wall, and Hannah loved, loved, loved putting them up, and I love, love, love that we can just as easily take them down and decorate our next abode whenever and wherever that might be.

5. Picnic lunches with Jeff. Yesterday we met Jeff at his work for a picnic lunch. It was the perfect pick-me-up in the middle of the day at the end of the week. It was also a great place for the girls to run around and tire themselves out, which meant that they took a GREAT nap yesterday, which I also love.
Hannah was cold, but refused to put on her jean jacket. Instead she snuggled with her daddy which he ate up (again, pun intended).

Grandma Cindy did such a great job entertaining Hannah and getting her to smile for pictures. Hannah loves her grandma!!
