This was our first hike without Aveyanna. It felt weird to be without her and we’re still finding new routines. The drive on this one lane road was beautiful! We never knew about the remote country like places in Livermore! We were hopi f for wild flowers, and saw a few yellow ones but it’s still early in the wild flower season. We loved this hike. The best part of this hike was that there were lots of little trails rather than one main trail so we hardly saw anyone! It felt secluded and refreshing. We also loved this little tree stump that Jeff lifted the Littles into ans then Rachel Lee climbed inside! We of course ended the hike with a favorite lunch of Chick fil a!
