Strong Girls

The other day we were enjoying dinner with some friends. They have 3 sons ages 14, 7 and 4. Hannah was playing keep away with Levi, the 7 year old, from Rachel Lee and Adam, the 4 year old. Jeff said that they needed to make fair teams so Levi suggested Hannah team up with Rachel Lee and he would be on Adam's team. Hannah quickly responded, "But that's not fair because we'll beat you." She didn't mean to talk smack she just thought that their team needed a girl and that two boys was a disadvantage. I'm one proud mama...

Rachel Lee Turns 4: Party #1!!!

Before we left Southern California, we gathered together at mom and dad's house to celebrate a very special little girl, who continually grows and never ceases to amaze me. There are times that Jeff and I just look at each other and chuckle because she is absolutely precious, funny and cute.

If a picture's worth 1,000 words, then we are billionaires!! We seriously made some great memories this Christmas, including some great bonding time with Lorea our baby niece. Other highlights include basketball, runs, opening gifts, Roger and Emily announcing their first baby on the way, a trip to the tide pools, volleyball, a sail, and park times...we really live a rich life.
