Paint Therapy

With the rush of getting to school, practices and games on time, and the demands of homework and extra supplemental work, we all needed a little bit of therapy on our President's day this year. The girls really enjoyed this time, and Hannah said that she misses doing art. After doing art together, we went outside to enjoy some garden therapy. I am so thankful for times when we can rest from our daily work.

Lay-ups

Hannah is loving her time playing basketball. Jeff is the assistant coach, and helps out as much as he can. The only problem is that RL really loves her daddy, so on "daddy stay home days" (Saturday and Sunday) she tries to get as much daddy time as possible. Jeff juggles RL and the basketball team well, and Hannah is having a great time so I guess that's a win-win-win! Who could ask for anything more?

Valentine's Day: A day we love to party!

Valentine's day was way back in February, but with life as crazy and full as it has been I am just now trying to catch up...again...but this time I will succeed!! For Valentine's day I helped in Kate's class with the party. It was a fun time full of helping little kindergartners try to read the names on the cards and put them in the right bag. By the end of the party I was ex-haust-ed! But we had not time to rest because then it was a quick lunch and back to school to help with Hannah's Valentine's day party. Two classes means twice as much partying!! The girls were thoroughly sugared up by the end of the day!! Here are two of my three lovies...the other little love fell asleep and woke up too cranky to take pictures. That's life! But the best part of Valentine's day was getting to go on a date with my true love. Any time we get to sneak away and enjoy a conversation is pure bliss!

Dancing the Days Away!

Kate loves dancing. She has a delicate and graceful way of moving and skipping around the house. It seems to be in her nature to glide places. She is quite a little ballerina!!

And her audience always enjoys watching her as well!

Playtime with Papa and Mimi

The big 3-5!

This weekend my Papa and Mimi, Joyce, came for a visit. It marked my 35th birthday and it was fun to celebrate with family! Here's to the start of 35 wonderful years!!

Spa time!

One of our favorite ways to relax is in the spa. Nothing can calm a person like a ball being thrown at you when you least expect it!
